About the Mission

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong BPM expertise to join our partners growing BA function. In this mission, you’ll analyse, design and enhance 40+ business processes, helping them deliver efficient, scalable and customer-focused solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, map and redesign end-to-end business processes to support strategic objectives.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover pain points and define future state processes.
• Produce high quality documentation including process maps, user stories and business requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology and Change teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend data driven improvements.
• Support delivery teams throughout implementation, UAT and post-deployment review.
• Champion BPM best practices and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BPM or a process-focused environment.
• Strong process modelling skills (BPMN preferred).
• Experience running workshops and gathering detailed business requirements.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
